This is a coupling developed for servo motor applications using stainless steel laminas (leaf springs) in an aluminum alloy hub. The leaf spring has high rigidity against torsion and is flexible against bending, allowing for shaft displacement. Due to a specification review in the new 2020 catalog, the allowable torque has increased to 1.5 to 2 times compared to our conventional products. With the larger allowable torque, it is possible to reduce the size of the coupling, achieving cost reduction and space-saving design.
